(e.g. before transfer to Dialysis Centre). Chronic renal failure. (e.g. temporary dialysis, intermittent to long term dialysis before diagnostic or surgical procedures). Acute intoxication. (e.g. of barbiturates, salicylates, methanol). Refractory Odema after therapy. (e.g. cardiac insufficiency). Adverse Reactions: Loss of protein into dialysate. Usage: Intraperitoneal Dialysis fluid. Contraindications: Abdominal adhesion. Immediately after abdominal surgery, specifically transection of the retroperitoneum. Pregnancy. Hypercalcaemia. Hyperlactataemia. Dosage: Administer in portions of 1-2 litres into the abdominally cavity. Solution to be retained about 10-15 minutes and then to be drained out. Normally 60-80 litres of dialysate are needed per treatment unless advised otherwise attending physician. Precautions/Warnings: Discard any portion not used when the seal is first broken. Before use check for minute leaks by squeezing bag firmly. Discard if leakage is detected. If any solid particles, growth or turbidity appears during storage, the product should not be used. The administration of PERIZOL 1GT has to be strictly carried out under aseptic condition s Expiry: 3 years from date of manufacture.
