This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Apply at or just prior to the anticipated time of egg hatch. Close
crop inspection is
fundamental to successful Heliothis control. Closely monitor Heliothis
populations [check
every 3 to 5 days] and time foliar spray application to target mature
(brown) eggs and
newly-hatched larvae and when crop is highly susceptible to pest
damage.

DO NOT target larvae larger than 5 mm

Apply using calibrated ground boom sprayers or by aerial application
methods.

Thorough, even coverage of the infested crop area is essential. Apply
using a spray
volume of 100 L water /ha by ground, or 30 L water/ha for aerial
methods.

DO NOT apply more than two (2) applications per crop, with a minimum
re-treatment
interval of 7 days between sprays.

Add a non-ionic wetting agent at recommended label rate.

