ADOXYSAN is for the control of bacterial growth in the
process water for post –harvest processing of fruit and
vegetables.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE: Add 48mL of ADOXYSAN to 100
litres of water. Spray fruit and vegetables or submerge them in
solution. Ensure a minimum of 45 seconds contact time and
provide adequate draining time.
NOT TO BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE OR IN ANY
MANNER, CONTRARY TO THIS LABEL UNLESS
AUTHORISED UNDER APPROPRIATE LEGISLATION.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD
NOT REQUIRED WHEN USED AS DIRECTED.
PROTECTION OF WILDLIFE, FISH, CRUSTACEA
AND ENVIRONMENT.
DO NOT contaminate streams, rivers or waterways with the
chemical or used container.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL: Store in the closed, original
container in a well-ventilated area, below 30ºC. Do not store
for prolonged periods in direct sunlight. Triple or preferably
pressure rinse containers before disposal. Add rinsings to
solution. Do not dispose of undiluted chemicals on site. If
recycling, replace cap and return clean container to recycler or
designated collection point. If not recycling, break, crush or
puncture and bury empty containers in the local authority
landfill. If no landfill is available, bury containers below 500mm
in a disposal pit specifically marked and set up for this purpose
clear of waterways, desirable vegetation and tree roots. Empty
containers and product should not be burnt.
Dispose of spent dip solution to area of soil, well removed
from water courses or drainage areas which is high in organic
or top soil matte
