WHAT IBUPROFEN F. C. TABLET IS USED
FOR
IBUPROFEN
F.
C.
TABLET
relieves
inflammation and pain caused by rheumatoid
arthritis (systemic inflammatory disorder that
affects joints) and osteoarthritis (degenerative
joint
disease).
It
can
be
used
to
relieve
muscular and period pain too.
HOW IBUPROFEN F. C. TABLET WORKS
Ibuprofen F.C. tablet contains a substance
called
Ibuprofen.
Ibuprofen
is
a
non-
steroidal
anti-inflammatory
agent
(NSAIDs)
that
has
analgesic
(pain-
killing).
BEFORE YOU USE IBUPROFEN F. C.
TABLET

_When you must not take it _
Do not use Ibuprofen F.C. tablet: if you are
allergic or hypersensitivity to Ibuprofen or
any other ingredient listed at the end of this
leaflet.
If
you
have
experienced
hypersensitivity
reactions
such
as
symptoms
of
of
nasal
polyps,
angioedema
(swelling
around
the
eyes and lips and sometimes of the genitals,
hands,
and
feet)
and
bronchospastic
reactivity
(constriction
of
the
airway)
to
Aspirin
or
other
non-steroidal
anti-
inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
Do not use this medicine if any of the above
condition applies to you. If you are not sure,
get advice from your doctor or pharmacist

_Before you start to take it _
Tell your doctor:
1.
if
you
have
or
have
had
history
of
ulceration, bleeding and perforation of
the stomach and intestinal.
2. if you are elderly
3.
if
you
are
smoking
or
drinking
alcohol
4. if you have heart disease or stroke
5. if you have high blood pressure
6. if you have fluid retension or heart
failure
7.
Ibuprofen
may
cause
severe
skin
reactions,e.g.
exfoliative
dermatitis,
toxic
epidermal
