For the treatment and control of internal parasites in sheep._ _ Abamectin is a member of the macrocyclic lactones. It is effective against internal parasites sensitive to this family. Levamisole is a member of the imidazothiazole class of anthelmintics with efficacy against internal parasites sensitive to this family, including lungworm. _ _ INDICATIONS: SHEEP: For the effective treatment and control of the following species of gastrointestinal worms: GASTROINTESTINAL NEMATODES: For the treatment and control of the following mature and immature gastrointestinal parasites (*includes inhibited fourth stage larvae): _Ostertagia circumcincta*, Haemonchus contortus*, Trichostrongylus axei, _ _Trichostrongylus colubriformis, Cooperia curticei*, Cooperia oncophora*, _ _Cooperia punctata*, Trichuris ovis, Chabertia ovina, Oesophagostomum _ _venulosum, Strongyloides papillosis, Nematodirus filicollis and Nematodirus _ _spathiger. _ ANTHELMINTIC RESISTANT STRAINS: SWITCH Oral Drench is effective against those gastrointestinal worms that have resistance to either avermectin/milbemycin, benzimidazole OR levamisole/morantel anthelmintic action families. LUNGWORM: _Dictyocaulus filaria_ Resistance may develop to any anthelmintic.
