WHAT SC PHARMA SURGICAL
SPIRIT LIQUID 95% V/V IS
USED FOR
As antiseptic and disinfectant
for the skin.

HOW SC PHARMA SURGICAL
SPIRIT LIQUID 95% V/V
WORKS
Methyl salicylate is applied
topically, causing dilation of
capillaries. Hence, it
improves blood circulation.
Together with methylated
spirit, it produces a cooling
and warming action that
affects the transmission of
pain signals through nerves,
thus, as a mild analgesic.
Methylated spirit can be a
disinfectant and antiseptic by
dehydrating bacteria cells,
disrupting membranes and
causing coagulation of protein.
It contains castor oil to
prevent dryness and cracking.

When you must not take it
Do not use this product if you
are allergic to the ingredients
of the product.
Before you start to use it
- Ask your doctor or
pharmacist for advice
before using this product if

breastfeeding.

to a small area of your skin
and observe for any
adverse reactions.
