WHAT PRIMECON IS USED FOR
For treatment of flatulence, abdominal
distension and indigestion, and other
conditions in which the retention of gas in
the stomach may be a problem.
HOW PRIMECON_ _WORKS
Simethicone acts by removing gas bubbles
and causing them to coalesce into a form
that can be eliminated more easily by
belching or passing flatus. It defoams
gastric juice in order to decrease the
tendency to gastroesophageal reflux.
BEFORE YOU USE PRIMECON_ _

Do not take Primecon if allergic to
simethicone or to other ingredients in
the product.

Safety for use in pregnancy and lactation
has not been established.
_- Taking other medicines _
Tell your doctor if you are taking any
other medicines, including any that you
buy without a prescription from a
pharmacy, supermarket or health food
shop.
HOW TO USE PRIMECON
_- How much to use _
Adults: oral, 5 – 10ml four times a day,
after meals and at bedtime, or as needed.
The maximum daily dose should not
exceed 500mg. Children: as directed by
physician.
Follow all directions given by your doctor
and pharmacist carefully. They may differ
from the information contained in this
leaflet. If you do not understand the
instructions on the label, ask your doctor
or pharmacist for help.

Continue medication for full course of
