For productive cough and complication
associated
with
allergic
disorders
and
allergic
manifestation
of
respiratory
illness
e.g.
common
cold,
Flu,
and
Bronchitis.
HOW
_PEDIATRIC _
_BENCODYL _
_LINCTUS _WORKS
Diphenhydramine
Hydrochloride
helps
to
inhibit
the
physiological
effects
of
histamine.
Ammonium Chloride will promote the
secretion of sputum by the air passages,
which
facilitate
the
removal
of
secretions.
It is generally use to treat acute allergic
cough in children.

Do not use it if:

You are taking or have monoamine
oxidase
inhibitors
(MAOI)
(a
treatment for depression) within the
previous 14 days.
•
You
are
having
sensitivity
to
antihistamines.
•
If it is not prescribed by a qualified
doctor or pharmacist for you.

Do not take

if you are pregnant, trying to
get
pregnant
or
think
you
may
be
pregnant.
Do not take
_PEDIATRIC BENCODYL _

if you are breast-feeding. Ask
your
doctor
or
pharmacist
for
advice
before taking any medicine.
Because
of
the
higher
risk
of
antihistamines for infants generally, and
for neonates and premature in particular,
antihistamine therapy is contraindicated
in nursing mothers.
