The particulars of which are set out in Part I and Part II of the attached Schedule. The authorisation is also subject to the general conditions as
may be specified in the said Regulations as listed on the reverse of this document.
This authorisation, unless previously revoked, shall continue in force from 09/06/2010 until 30/07/2014.

1 NAME OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT
Irinotecan hydrochloride trihydrate 20 mg/ml concentrate for solution for infusion.
2 QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
The solution contains 20 mg/ml irinotecan hydrochloride trihydrate (equivalent to 17.33 mg/ml irinotecan).
Each 2 ml vial contains 40 mg irinotecan hydrochloride trihydrate.
Each 5 ml vial contains 100 mg irinotecan hydrochloride trihydrate.
