Pour-on solution for cattle
ACTIVE INGREDIENT: 50 MG FLUNIXIN/ML (EQUIVALENT TO 83 MG FLUNIXIN
MEGLUMINE/ML)

For the treatment of pain, fever and acute inflammatory conditions in
cattle.
INDICATIONS
•
Reduction of fever and alleviation of clinical signs of inflammation
(pain, swelling, firmness,
milk drop, improved milk character) associated with mastitis.
•
Reduction of fever and alleviation of clinical signs of inflammation
associated with BRD
(bovine respiratory disease), pneumonia, endotoxaemia and acute
inflammatory conditions.
•
Reduction of pain and inflammation associated with lameness.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION
For pour-on treatment only. For single application.
The bottle has a graduated dose chamber which is calibrated in
kilograms of bodyweight.
RECOMMENDED DOSE
3.33 mg flunixin/kg bodyweight (equivalent to 1 mL/15 kg bodyweight).
Determine bodyweight of the animal as accurately as possible prior to
use.
PRACTICE THE ADMINISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE DOSING
ANIMALS TO BECOME
FAMILIAR WITH USING THE BOTTLE.
The operator should wear gloves when using this product and avoid
contact with skin and eyes.
STEP 1
On first use:
Remove cap and peelable
seal from dosing chamber.
Do not remove cap
from the bottle.

STEP 2
Dosing chamber.
Hold the bottle upright and
at eye level while slowly
and gently squeezing the
bottle to fill the dosing
chamber to the selected
mark.
If the dosing chamber is overfilled follow the overfill reduction
instructions.
STEP 3
Pour the measured volume
on the midline of the
animal’s back extending
from withers to tail head.
