Indicated as a dietary supplement.

Intended to supplement the diet in order
to provide nutrients and to promote
body health.
BEFORE YOU USE WELLSEN TABLET

Ask your doctor or pharmacists for
advice before taking WELLSEN
TABLET.

_Before you start to use it _
Tell your doctor if you have any of the
conditions:

Allergy to one or more of the
components.

Excessive uptake of vitamin A or D
which can cause toxic effect.

Hypercalcemia (Excessive storage of
calcium in blood)

Kidney failure.

_Taking other medicines _
Tell your doctor if you are taking any
other medicines, including any that you
buy without a prescription from a
pharmacy, supermarket or health food
shop.
HOW TO USE WELLSEN TABLET

_How much to use _
Adults and children 7 years and above:
1 to 2 tablets.
The directions given may differ from
the information contained in this leaflet.
