_Product description _
WHAT IS DEFUZIN CREAM 2% W/W USED FOR
Fusidic Acid Cream 2% w/w is used for the
treatment of skin infection caused by germs
(bacteria).
Skin infections that respond to treatment,
such as:

Impetigo (a weeping, crusty and
swollen patch of skin).

Inflammation of hair follicles and nail
tissue.

Infected dermatitis (skin inflammation).

Infected cuts and abrasions (scraped
area).
HOW DEFUZIN CREAM 2% W/W WORKS
The fusidic acid is an antibiotic that function
as killing the germs (bacteria) that cause
infection.
BEFORE YOU USE DEFUZIN CREAM 2% W/W
_WHEN MUST NOT TO USED IT _
Do not use this medicine if you are allergic
to the fusidic acid or any other ingredients in
this medicine.
_BEFORE START TO USE IT _

Pregnancy and Breast-Feeding
Please ask your doctor or pharmacist for
advice before using this medicine if you
are pregnant or breast-feeding.
_TAKING OTHER MEDICINES _
Please tell your doctor or pharmacist if you
are taking or having recently taken any other
medicines. This includes any medicines
which you have bought without a
prescription.
HOW TO USE DEFUZIN CREAM 2% W/W
_ HOW MUCH TO USE _
Apply to the affected area 2-3 times daily,
generally for a period of 7 days, except in
treatment of acne where therapy should be
extended for a longer period according to
the nature of this disease.
