EXTREMELY TOXIC. Fatal if swallowed, inhaled or absorbed through the skin. May cause skin and eye irritation. May cause respiratory difficulties if gas from the prod-uct is inhaled. Repeated exposure may cause reproductive and developmental damage; or organ failure. When handling open containers or laying baits, wear protective equipment as shown in precautions box below. Avoid possible skin or eye contact with the paste. EXTREMELY ECOTOXIC. May kill aquatic and terrestrial non-target animals. Take measures to prevent non-target exposure. Toxic in aquatic and soil environments. Avoid placing baits where they could enter waterways. Avoid pollution of any water supply with the paste or used container. PRECAUTIONS. When handling open containers or laying baits, wear a protective jacket or overalls and impervious rubber or PVC gloves. Do not eat, drink or smoke when laying baits. Remove protective clothing and wash hands and exposed skin before meals and after any contact. Wash protective clothing after use. Replace the end cap on the nozzle when not dispensing paste. STORAGE. Store in original container, tightly closed, under lock and key and away from feed or foodstuffs. Keep out of reach of children. This product must always be under the control of an approved handler who holds a current test certificate endorsed for class 6 and class 9 substances. FIRST AID. Act immediately if poisoning is suspected. Speed is essential. Remove any traces of paste from the mouth. The use of amyl nitrite inhalant ampoules broken into a cloth or tissue and held under the nose of the patient for 30 seconds may assist in cases of accidental poisoning. Repeat at 3 minute intervals if neces-sary. DO NOT induce vomiting. If the patient is unconscious administer artificial respiration using only the Holger-Neilson method.
