WHAT
CEFUROXIME
AXETIL-ZHIJUN
IS
USED FOR
Cefuroxime Axetil-Zhijun is used for the
treatment
of
infections
caused
by
sensitive
bacteria.
It
is
used
to
treat
infections of the throat, Sinus, Middle
ear, the lungs or chest, the urinary tract,
the skin and soft tissues, and venereal
disease.

HOW CEFUROXIME AXETIL-ZHIJUN WORKS
Cefuroxime Axetil- Zhijun belongs to a
group of medicines called cephalosporin
antibiotics.
The
active
ingredient
in
Cefuroxime
Axetil- Zhijun (cefuroxime axetil) works
by
killing
bacteria
(germs)
that
cause
infections.

YOU
USE
CEFUROXIME
AXETIL-
ZHIJUN

_When you must not use it _
Do not take Cefuroxime Axetil-Zhijun:
•
If
you
have
ever
had
an
allergic
reaction
to
cefuroxime
axetil
cephalosporin
or
any
of
the
ingredients listed toward the end of
this leaflet. Some of the symptoms
of allergic reaction may include skin
rash, itchiness, shortness of breath,
swelling of the face, lips or tongue.
•
If you have had a serious allergic
reaction
to
penicillins
or
other
antibiotics.
There
may
be
an
increased risk of you being allergic
to Cefuroxime Axetil-Zhijun if you
are allergic to penicillins.

_Before you start to use it _
You must tell your doctor if:
•
You
have
any
type
of
allergic
reaction
to
penicillin
or
other
β-
lactams.
•
Please
consult
your
doctor
before
start
to
use
Cefuroxime
Axetil-
Zhijun if you are pregnant, plan to
become pregnant, breast-feeding or
intend to breast-feed. Your doctor
will have weighed the risks of you
taking
