WHAT
CANDAZOLE
LOTION
IS USED FOR
CANDAZOLE LOTION is used to
treat fungal skin infections such as
ringworm, jock itch, athlete’s foot
and
_tinea versicolor_
infection.
HOW
CANDAZOLE
LOTION
WORKS
Clotrimazole
is
an
anti-fungal
agent
which
fights
the
cause
of
fungal skin.
Ask your pharmacist or doctor if
you have any questions about this
medicine.
BEFORE
YOU
USE
CANDAZOLE
LOTION
_-When you must not use it _
Do
not
apply
CANDAZOLE
LOTION if:
•
You are allergic (hypersensitive)
to Clotrimazole or to any of the
other
ingredients
in
this
medicine.
•
In
the
first
trimester
of
pregnancy, Clotrimazole should
only be used when considered
essential.
•
You are pregnant, breastfeeding
or trying for a baby, tell your
doctor
or
pharmacist
before
using CANDAZOLE LOTION.
If
you
have
informed
your
doctor
or
pharmacist
already,
follow
his/her
instructions
carefully.
•
Do
not
use
this
medicine
to
children under
2 years
of age
except
under
the
advice
and
supervision of a doctor.
_-Before you start to use it _
Always
wash
your
hands
immediately after use so that you
do not transfer it to sensitive areas
such as your lips or eyes. If this
occurs, wash away with plenty of
clean water.
