WHAT BRUSIC SUSPENSION_ _IS USED FOR
For symptomatic relief of pain and fever
associated with colds, flu, toothache and
inflammation of airway passage. Also used
for juvenile rheumatioid arthritis
(inflammation of the joint in children).
HOW BRUSIC SUSPENSION_ _WORKS
Brusic suspension_ _contains ibuprofen which
belongs to a group of medicines called non-
steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)
which act to relieve pain,
swelling(inflammation) and reduce fever.
BEFORE YOU USE BRUSIC SUSPENSION
_- When you must not use it _
_ _ • Do not take_ _Brusic suspension if allergic
to ibuprofen or to other ingredients in it._ _
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist for
advice before taking any medicine.
• If you have had bronchospastic reactivity
(difficulty in breathing), nasal polyps,
angioedema (swelling around the eyes and
lips and sometimes of the genitals, hands,
and feet) and the symptoms become
worsen caused by aspirin or NSAIDs.
Anaphylactic reaction(severe allergic
reaction)have been reported in suchpatient.
_- Before you start to use it _
Tell your doctor:
1.if you have active peptic ulceration
2.if you are elderly
3.if you have asthma
4.if you have bleeding disorder
5.if you have heart problem or stroke
6.if you have or have had ulceration,
bleeding and perforation of the
stomach or intestinal
7.if you have kidney or liver problem
8.if you have heart failure
9.if you have vision problem
10.if you have collagen disease
11.Ibuprofen may cause severe skin
reactions. Symptoms may include skin
rash, blisters and peel off. These could
