For minor irritation of the mouth
and throat.

Relief and prevention of painful
infection as in pharyngitis,
oral
moniliasis, tonsilitis, aphthous
ulcers, stomatitis, gingivitis,
inflammatory conditions of the
mouth & pharynx.

Wash contains a medicine called
Povidone-Iodine that kills bacteria,
viruses, fungi, spores and protozoa.
BEFORE YOU USE _BETADINE_

_- When you must not use it_

If you are allergic to iodine,
Povidone or other ingredients in this
product.

If you have a thyroid problem.

If you are to receive or have
received radioactive iodine
treatments.

If you are using products
containing mercury such as
thiomersal.

In children under 1 year of age.

Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you:

have other illness or health conditions

received radioactive iodine treatments
within the last 4 weeks;

Use in children between 1 to 6 years
of age

