14under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.

THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS APPLY, TO MINIMISE ENTRY OF GLYPHOSATE INTO

MINIMISE ANY POTENTIAL EUTROPHICATION OF TREATED AREAS:

Apply up to three times during the irrigation season;

Follow all label critical comments for use in aquatic areas, to ensure
minimisation of
spray entering the water;

Only employ or contract operators who are suitably trained in the
application of
agricultural chemicals in aquatic situations;

DO NOT apply to bodies of water where weed infestations do not exist;

DO NOT add any additional surf
