DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Note: One fluid ounce equals two tablespoonfuls. DOSAGE DIRECTIONS TOTAL WT OF PIGS DRINKING WATER PIG SWINE REQUIRES 100 LBS I GALLON 1 FLUID OUNCE 400 LBS 4 GALLONS 4 FLUID OUNCES 1,200 LBS 12 GALLONS 12 FLUID OUNCES 3,200 LBS 32 GALLONS 1 QUART 12,800 LBS 128 GALLONS 1 GALLON POULTRY DOSAGE SCHEDULE: For chickens, add 1 fl.oz. of Piperazine Water Wormer to 1 1/4 gallons of drinking water. For turkeys, add 2 fl. oz.of Piperazine Water Wormer to 1 1/4 gallons of drinling water. These dilutions are sufficient for 100 chickens under 6 weeks of age or 50 chickens over 6 weeks of age, and for 100 turkeys up to 12 weeks of age or 50 turkeys over 12 weeks of age. INDIVIDUAL DOSE FOR SWINE: Give one fluid ounce (2 tablespoonfuls) for 100 lbs. body weight. 1 capful equals approximately 8 fl. oz. GENERAL DIRECTIONS: 1. Remove all sources of drinking water the night before treatment. 2. Determine amount of medicated water needed from the poultry or pig dosage schedule. Prepare this quanitity of water using the proper schedule as a guide. NOTE: Atmospheric temperature alters water consumption. Adjust dosage table to current amount conaumed. 3.
