may be specified in the said Regulations as listed on the reverse of this document.
This authorisation, unless previously revoked, shall continue in force from 09/10/2009 until 08/10/2014.

1 NAME OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT
Gemcitabine Martindale Pharma 200 mg Powder for Solution for Infusion
2 QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
One vial contains gemcitabine hydrochloride equivalent to 200 mg gemcitabine.
One ml of the solution for injection contains 38mg gemcitabine (as gemcitabine hydrochloride) after reconstitution
with 5ml of sterile sodium chloride 9 mg/ml (0.9 %) solution.
Excipients
One 200mg vial contains approximately 0.15mmol (3.5mg) of sodium.
