INDICATIONS FOR USE, SPECIFYING THE TARGET SPECIES  
For  the  treatment  of  bacterial  respiratory  disease  associated  with  _Pasteurella  multocida, _
_Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae _and _Streptococcus suis_, sensitive to ceftiofur.

CONTRAINDICATIONS  
Do  not  administer  to  an  animal  previously  found to be hypersensitive to ceftiofur and other 

-lactam 
antibiotics. 
Do not inject intravenously. 
Do not use in poultry (including eggs) due to risk of spread of antimicrobial resistance to humans.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR USE IN ANIMALS  
Inappropriate use of the product may increase the prevalence of bacteria resistance to cephalosporins.  
Use  of  the  product  should  be  based  on  susceptibility  testing  and  take  into  account  official  and local 
antimicrobial policies. 
-  This  veterinary  medicinal  product  selects  for  resistant  strains  such  as  bacteria  carrying  extended 
spectrum  beta-lactamases  (ESBL)  and  may  constitute  a  risk  to  human  health  if  these  strains 
disseminat
