Treatment of respiratory conditions characterised by restriction of the airways, including bronchospasm and obstruction resulting from bacterial and viral infection, bronchitis and bronchopneumonia. Indicated where bronchodilation and antibacterial protection is desirable. DIRECTIONS FOR USE RESTRAINT: DO NOT USE IN FOOD PRODUCING ANIMALS. CONTRAINDICATIONS: AIRWAY WILL POTENTIATE THE ACTION OF CORTICOSTEROIDS AND ANTAGONISE THE EFFECTS OF PROSTAGLANDIN F2 AND OXYTOCIN. BETA ADRENERGIC AGENTS ADVERSELY AFFECT THE ACTION OF AIRWAY. CONCURRENT TREATMENT OF HORSES WITH THESE MEDICATIONS IS NOT RECOMMENDED. AIRWAY SHOULD NOT BE USED IN HORSES DURING THE LAST 14 DAYS OF GESTATION AS UTERINE CONTRACTIONS MAY BE PREVENTED.
