The OSV II Low Pro Valve is a variable resistance valve which maintains a drainage rate close to the CSF secretion rate. It is supplied with integral connectors. The OSV II Low Pro Valve is a low profile implantable valve intended for controlled cerebrospinal fluid drainage from the ventricles to the peritoneal cavity or other drainage site such as the heart's right atrium; it is indicated for the treatment of patients with hydrocephalus.
