DIRECTIONS FOR USE: . Restraints: DO NOT USE in birds which are producing or may in the future produce eggs or egg products for human consumption. Dosage and Administration: Prepare a pre - blend in order to obtain a more homogenous mix . Thoroughly mix GROMAX ® Anticoccidial Premix into the feed at a level of 500 g per tonne of broiler feed to obtain a concentration of 3. 75mg maduramicin ammonium/kg feed and 40mg nicarbazin/kg feed . For the prevention of coccidiosis , the medicated feed containing GROMAX ® should be fed continuously to broiler chickens as the only ration . WITHHOLDING PERIODS: MEAT: NIL EGGS: DO NOT USE in birds which are producing or may in the future produce eggs or egg products for human consumption. SAFETY DIRECTIONS: Poisonous if swallowed. Will damage the eyes and irritate the skin. Do not inhale dust when opening the container and mixing into feed . Wear cotton overalls buttoned to the neck and wrist, a washable hat, elbow length PVC gloves and disposable dust mask covering mouth and nose . After each day's use, wash gloves and contaminated clothing . After use and before eating, drinking or smoking , wash hands , arms and face thoroughly with soap and water. FIRST AID: If poisoning occurs, contact a doctor or Poisons Information Centre, phone 131 126. If in eyes, hold eyes open , flood with water for at least 15 minutes and see a Doctor .
