EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine suppresses accumulation of sorbitol in nerve by
inhibiting aldose reductase.
It is usually used to improve subjective symptoms (numbness and pain),
abnormal vibration
sense, abnormal heart rate variability associated with diabetic
peripheral neuropathy.
