CLAIMS:
For the control of cockroaches in the situations specified in the
directions for use.

DO NOT place in areas that are routinely washed.
DO NOT allow to contact food, livestock feed or their water.
DO NOT place gel on surfaces where food is prepared or on utensils
that are used for food
preparation, on food packaging materials or on surfaces where food
packing materials are
stored.
DO NOT apply gel to surfaces where temperature exceeds 50°C as this
could cause
the gel to liquefy and lose effectiveness. Examples include but are
not limited to, parts
of stoves, ovens, grills, fume hoods, saunas, heat lamps, coffee urns,
toasters, fryers,
dishwashers and hot water pipes.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
SITUATION
Domestic, Commercial and Public Service buildings including factories,
farm buildings, food
processing establishments, homes, hospitals, kitchens, offices, store
rooms, restaurants,
retail outlets, vehicles and other situations which fall within these
definitions.

American cockroach (Periplaneta americana) German cockroach (Blattella
germanica) and
other common cockroaches
RATE
Apply at least 2 spots per m2.
Increasing the number of spots (up to 5/m2) may be required for heavy
infestations or if
American cockroaches are the main pest. Recommended spot size is
approximately 5 mm
diameter (0.1 g).
CRITICAL COMMENTS
Infested areas should be carefully inspected to determine overall
infestation levels,
locations of harbourage areas and most appropriate application points.
ENVIROMAX INDOXACARB COCKROACH GEL BAIT should be applied as a small
spot
of material, approxima
