EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine blocks receptors of neurotransmitters (mainly dopamine)
in brain, thereby
stabilizing mental status such as hallucinations, delusion,
integration disorder of concept,
manic states, serious anxiety and nervousness.
It is usually used for treatment of anxiety and tension associated
with schizophrenia, mania,
and/or depression.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you have brain disorder (encephalitis, brain tumor, aftereffects
following head injury, etc.).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
・If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may
interact to enhance or
diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and
dietary supplements
as well as other prescription medicines.)

・In general, for adults, take 0.05 to 0.4g (25 mg to 200 mg of
levomepromazine) a day, in
several divided doses. It should be adjusted according to your
disease, age and symptoms.
Strictly follow the instructions.
・If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible. If it is
almost time for the next
