IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ LABEL COMPLETELY BEFORE USE.
Active Ingredient: 15g/kg metaldehyde in the form of a pellet.
Garden Basics Slug & Snail Pellets kill most slugs and snails on
vegetables, flowers and ornamentals.
It is an offence for users of this product to cause residues exceeding
the relevant MRL in the Food Notice:
Maximum Residue Levels for Agricultural Compounds.
PRECAUTIONS
WARNING: Keep out of reach of children and animals. Avoid contact with
skin and do not breathe dust.
Wash hands and exposed skin thoroughly after use. Avoid contact if
pregnant. Suspected of damaging
fertility or the unborn child. May cause damage to organs through
prolonged or repeated exposure.
Wear eye protection, protective gloves and protective clothing. Toxic
to aquatic life. Take all reasonable
steps to ensure substance does not cause any significant adverse
effects to environment beyond the
application area. Do not contaminate any water supply or fishponds
with product or empty container.
Keep pets off treated areas. Accidental poisoning of pets can be
fatal. If pets eat the product,
contact a veterinary surgeon IMMEDIATELY, taking the box with you to
show the veterinary
surgeon. This product contains a bittering agent as a taste deterrent;
however, some animals
are inquisitive and may not be deterred.
FIRST AID
If exposed, concerned or if you feel unwell get medical advice. Have
product container or label at hand.
If swallowed do not induce vomiting.

STORAGE
Store locked up in original container in a cool dry place, away from
children, pets and foodstuffs.
DISPOSAL
Dispose of product only by using in accordance with the label or at an
approved landfill. Clean out empty
packaging, puncture and dispose of at an approved landfill.
