A ready-for-use rodenticide bait for the control of mice (_Mus musculus) _ and brown or Norway rats (_Rattus norvegicus_) in and around industrial, commercial, public services, agricultural and domestic buildings GENERAL INFORMATION The NO MICE DIFEND SOFT BAIT is formulated for use indoors and outdoors. It will control rats and mice. It is approved for use as a ground-based application in a bait station. Use only with an appropriate bait station. Most rodents die within 10 days. Baiting strategy. • Eliminate as much as practical, all alternative food sources. • Locate baits under cover, along walls or rafters and in dark sheltered areas where there are signs of rodent activity. • For mice - use up to 45gm (1-3 bait sachets) in a bait station placed 5m apart, or 2m apart for high infestations. • For rats – use up to 195gm (2-13 bait sachets) in a bait station placed 10 m apart reducing to 5 m apart for high infestations. • Record location and number of bait stations to assist in checking and later removal. • Inspect baits regularly. • Replace baits every 7 days until no more is taken. If baits are ingested more quickly then replace baits more frequently. • Baiting for at least 2 weeks will be necessary to reduce rodent numbers. • Ensure untaken baits are removed and safely disposed of when rodent activity has ceased.
