En todos los procesos infecciosos causados por microorganismos sensibles al Ceftiofur y que cursen con reacción inflamatoria. Entre los procesos infecciosos cabe mencionar: laminitis aguda y crónica, mastitis infecciosa aguda, distocia. Así mismo puede usarse en el postquirúrgico inmediato (cesáreas y otras cirugías, como el descornado en terneros mayores). En bovinos, caprinos, ovinos y camélidos para casos de: pasteurelosis, neumonía, infección por Haemophilus somnus, metritis, mastitis, pedera. En cerdos para casos de: pasteurellosis, bronquitis, neumonía, pleuroneumonía, salmonellosis, colibacilosis.

Dosis: Bovinos, ovinos, caprinos y camélidos: Administrar vía intramuscular a una dosis de 1mL por 50 kg de peso/dia (1mg/kg de ceftiofur y 3 mg/kg de ketoprofeno). El tratamiento debe ser repetido a intervalos de 24 horas durante 3 a 5 días consecutivos. Porcinos: Administrar a una dosis de 1mL por 17 kg de peso corporal (3mg/kg de ceftiofur y 9mg/kg de ketoprofeno) vía intramuscular. third generation cephalosporin antibiotic of broad spectrum
of action, with ketoprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory
agent, which has also analgesic and antipyretic properties.

Caution: in pigs: no more than 5 mL injected at a single site of
application. Do not administer to
animals with renal failure.
NON DESIRED EFFECTS
Use of the drug can lead to localized tissue reaction. Tissue injuries
should improve 15 days after
the last administration of the veterinary medicinal product. May be
present areas of discoloration
at the site of application periods of 11 days or less.
Cephalosporins may cause pain in the injection site when administered
intramuscularly. Sterile
abscess or other local reactions are possible but rare.
WARNING
The penicillins and cephalosporins can cause allergic reactions in
sensitive individuals.
The
current exhibitions such antimicrobial, including ceftiofur, may
trigger allergic reactions from mild
to severe in some individuals.
Repeated or prolonged exposure can lead to sensitivity. Avoid direct
contact
with skin,
eyes,
mouth and clothing. People who know of hypersensitivity to penicillin

avoid exposure to this product. In case of accidental exposure to the
eyes, rinse with water for 15
minutes.

wash with soap and plenty of
water.

difficulty breathing),
seek medical
attention.
