Claims:
Bob Martin Dewormer Tablet for Large Dogs is recommended for the
control of all
gastrointestinal worms in dogs, puppies, pregnant and lactating
bitches including:
ROUNDWORMS Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina.
HOOKWORMS Ancylostoma caninum, Ancylostoma braziliense, Ancylostoma
ceylanicum,
Uncinaria stenocephala.
WHIPWORMS Trichuris vulpis.
TAPEWORMS Dipylidium caninum (common flea tapeworm), Taenia ovis, T.
pisiformis, T.
hydatigena and Echinococcus granulosus (hydatid tapeworm).
Bob Martin Dewormer Tablet for Large Dogs also controls the shedding
of oocysts of the
protozoan Giardia spp. in dogs.
DOES NOT CONTROL HEARTWORM (Dirofilaria immitis) IN DOGS.

Vomiting may be observed in a small number of dogs after
administration. RLP APPROVED
Dosage and
Administration:
Dosage: 1 tablet per 10 kg bodyweight of Dogs. To be administered as a
single dose by
mouth. Fasting prior to dosing is NOT necessary. IT IS ESSENTIAL TO
WEIGH DOGS
BEFORE TREATMENT. See dosing recommendations below. If worm problems
persist,
consult a veterinarian.
Dosage:
Bodyweight; Tablets
1.5 - 2.5 kg; 1/4
2.6 - 5 kg; 1/2
5.1 - 10 kg; 1
Over 10 kg;1 tablet for every 10 kg bodyweight. Round off doses to the
nearest 1/2 tablet.
Administer the above dosage once for worms and for three consecutive
days for Giardia
spp.
HOOKWORMS & ROUNDWORMS
Dogs and Puppies: treat at 2, 4, 8 and 12 weeks and then every month
until six months
of age; thereafter every 3 months or on veterinary advice. Pregnant
Bitches: treat prior to
mating, then 10 days before whelping and at 2 and 4 weeks after
whelping.
