WAT IS OLICLINOMEL EN WAARVOOR WORDT DIT MIDDEL GEBRUIKT?
OLICLINOMEL is een emulsie voor infusie. Het wordt geleverd in een zak
met 3 kamers.
Eén kamer bevat een glucoseoplossing met calcium, de tweede bevat een
lipidenemulsie en de derde
bevat een aminozuuroplossing met elektrolyten.
Farmacotherapeutische categorie: Oplossingen voor parenterale
voeding/combinaties
Dit middel wordt gebruikt als voeding voor volwassenen en kinderen
ouder dan twee jaar, via een
slangetje in een ader, wanneer normale voedseltoediening via de mond
niet kan.
Dit middel mag uitsluitend onder medisch toezicht worden gebruikt.

GEBRUIK DIT MIDDEL NIET

als de patiënt een te vroeg geboren baby, een zuigeling of een kind
jonger dan 2 jaar is.

als u allergisch bent voor ei-, soja- of pindaproteïnen,
maïs/maïsproducten (zie ook rubriek
“Wanneer moet u extra voorzichtig zijn met dit middel?” hieronder)
of voor een van de stoffen in
dit geneesmiddel. Deze stoffen kunt u vinden in rubriek 6.

