The device is pegged, and the undersides of the device possess two hexagonal-shaped Trabecular Metal posts. The NexGen® Trabecular Metal LPS Tibial Components are intended for use where severe degeneration, trauma, or other pathology of the knee joint indicates cemented or cementless total knee arthroplasty.
