The Stimulator Box generates stimulation pulses controlled by the MED-EL hardware interface system. The selector switch permits the selection of the electrode configuration when coupled with different MED-EL systems (eg ABI Placing System, ANTS, PromStim System). The Stimulator Box is used outside the sterile patient environment and is intended to be used multiple times. The Stimulator Box Test Device is used in the pre-use check of the Stimulator Box.
