Squamous cell carcinoma affecting the mouth, nasopharynx, larynx, paranasal sinuses, oesophagus, external genitalia, cervix or skin. Hodgkin's disease and other malignant lymphomas including mycosis fungoides. Testicular teratoma. Malignant effusions of the serous cavities. Metastatic melanoma and the carcinomas of the thyroid, lung and bladder.
