READY TO USE
THROW PACKS
HOW
TO
USE:
Do
not exceed 3 m between throwpacks for mice,
or
9 m for rats. Do not place
throwpacks in the open.
Use single 20g throwpacks
at
1 or more locations for mice (less than 1
g will kill a
mouse) and 1 to 2 (20g- 40g) throw packs
at
each location for rats (4-6g will
KILL
a
rat).
Place throw packs where there are signs
of
rodent activity, along walls
or
rafters and
in dark, sheltered places.
BAITING
STRATEGY
FOR EFFECTIVE
CONTROL:
Eliminate as
far
practical all alternative food sources
Bait infested area. Place throwpacks under cover and not in the open.
Record the
number
& locations
of
throwpacks for later replenishment and or removal.
Inspect throwpacks daily if possible and increase
number
of
throwpacks
if
bait is
being eaten quickly. Maintain baits until feeding ceases.
Most deaths occur 4 to 7 days after bait consumption. Baiting
for
at least 2
weeks
is
necessary to reduce rat/mouse numbers. Fast Action Ratsak will control
species
resistant to Warfarin.
