1. CHE COS’È ATORVASTATINA ZENTIVA E A CHE COSA SERVE
•
Atorvastatina Zentiva appartiene alla classe di medicinali denominati
statine, che regolano i livelli di
lipidi (grassi).
•
Atorvastatina Zentiva viene utilizzato per ridurre i livelli di lipidi
nel sangue, noti come colesterolo e
trigliceridi, quando una dieta a basso contenuto di grassi e
cambiamenti negli stili di vita non hanno
avuto successo. Se è a rischio elevato di malattie cardiovascolari,
Atorvastatina Zentiva può anche essere
impiegato per ridurre questo rischio, anche se i livelli di
colesterolo sono normali. Durante il trattamento
deve mantenere una dieta standard per ridurre il colesterolo.
