PERMIT NUMBER - 82659
This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the
APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set
out below. This permit
allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in
the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to
claim that the product can
be used in the manner specified in this permit.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

DO NOT apply more than 3 applications per crop.

DO NOT re-treat for at least 4 weeks after application.

Apply post-emergent from early establishment (4 leaf) to the
filling-in stage, as a
directed spray to the base of plants using droppers or equivalent.

Follow the safety direction on individual product labels.

Only used correctly calibrated application equipment.

It is recommended to use metalaxyl and phosphorous acid according to
PER11719 in
combination with thiram for Pythium control.

Thiram can be used as an in-crop application in combination with
metalaxyl.

Irrigate the treated area following application with a minimum of 10
mm.

