This permit allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner specified in this permit in the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim that the product can be used in the manner specified in this permit. THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 8 SEPTEMBER 2016 TO 31 JANUARY 2019. PERMIT HOLDER: ROBERTS LTD 444 WESTBURY ROAD PROSPECT TAS 7250 PERSONS WHO CAN USE THE PRODUCT UNDER THIS PERMIT: Person generally PER81624 Permit Version 1 Page 2 of 2 CONDITIONS OF USE PRODUCT TO BE USED: LONTREL HERBICIDE PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS Containing: 300 g/L CHLOPYRALID PRESENT AS THE TRIISOPROPANOLAMINE SALT as their only active constituent. DIRECTIONS FOR USE: CROP WEED RATE Fodder Beets (Livestock Consumption ONLY.) Californian Thistle _(Cirsium arvense)_ and Yarrow _(Archillea millefolium)_ 0.5-1 L/ha CRITICAL USE COMMENTS: Apply as a foliar spray via boom spray. Spray volume: 200-300 L/ha Apply after the 2 true leaf stage of crop and before bulbous root formation. Early weed growth stages only (young seedling to rosette stages, but before bolting). Mature plants may not be controlled. DO NOT apply more than one application per year. WITHHOLDING PERIOD: Harvesting and Grazing: DO NOT harvest, graze or cut for stock food for 13 weeks after application. JURISDICTION: TAS only. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS: TO AVOID CROP DAMAGE: The sensitivity of some species and varieties of the crops to be treated under this permit has not been fully evaluated. It is advisable, therefore, to only treat a small number of plants to ascertain their reaction before treating the whole crop.
