PERMIT NUMBER - PER14626
This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the APVMA
under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set out
below. This permit allows a
person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in the
designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to claim
that the product can be
used in the manner specified in this permit.
THIS PERMIT IS IN FORCE FROM 10 JULY 2014 TO 30 JUNE 2019.

MELPAT TRIBASIC LIQUID FLOWABLE COPPER FUNGICIDE
PLUS OTHER REGISTERED PRODUCTS
Containing: 190 g/L COPPER (Cu) present as TRIBASIC COPPER SULPHATE as
their only
active constituent.

Apply using a spray volume
between 250 – 400 L / ha.
CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Apply to garlic crops from the 2-leaf stage when conditions favour
downy mildew
development, or when the disease first appears.

Repeat foliar applications while conditions favour infection, with
minimum 10 day
interval between sprays.

Apply in sufficient water to ensure adequate spray penetration of the
crop to provide
complete and thorough coverage of all foliage. A spray volume of 250
– 400 L/ha is
recommended.

DO NOT apply if rainfall is imminent.

DO NOT use in spray solutions with pH less than 6.5.

Observe all other Restraints listed under _Directions for Use_ on the
label.
