This permit is issued to the Permit Holder in response to an
application granted by the
APVMA under section 112 of the Agvet Codes of the jurisdictions set
out below. This permit
allows a person, as stipulated below, to use the product in the manner
specified in this permit in
the designated jurisdictions. This permit also allows any person to
claim that the product can
be used in the manner specified in this permit.

SUMITOMO SAMURAI SYSTEMIC INSECTICIDE
Containing: 500 g/kg CLOTHIANIDIN as their only active constituent.

CRITICAL USE COMMENTS:

Apply in at least 400 L/ha spray volume using a boom spray.

Apply to small grubs at the first and second instar growth stage.

DO NOT apply more than 1 application per season.

Apply as a soil drench to plant row.

Irrigate with approximately 25 mm of water immediately after
application. Apply the
higher rate for late season applications when less sensitive mid
instar grubs are present
at the time of application or in cases of high pest pressure.
WITHHOLDING PERIOD:
Harvest: DO NOT harvest for 14 DAYS after application.
