EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine transforms into the substance which accelerates the
peristaltic movement of
the intestine by bacteria in the large intestine. It consequently
enhances intestinal movements
by stimulating large-intestinal mucosa, and encourages defecation.
It is usually used to treat constipation.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch,
rash, etc.) to any medicines
or foods.
If you have: acute abdomen such as abdominal pain, spastic
constipation, indurated stool
(hard solid stool) or electrolyte imbalance (especially hypokalemia).
・If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
