The SERION ELISA classic Varicella-Zoster Virus IgG test is qualitative and quantitative immunoassay for the detection of human antibodies directed against Varicella Zoster Virus in serum or plasma. The demonstration of IgG antibodies directed against the VZV glycoprotein allows for the determination of the immune status. The SERION ELISA classic Varicella Zoster Virus IgG test allows for the demonstration of intrathecally synthesized antibodies in CSF diagnostics.
