may be specified in the said Regulations as listed on the reverse of this document.
This authorisation, unless previously revoked, shall continue in force from 22/07/2009.

1 NAME OF THE MEDICINAL PRODUCT
ICG-PULSION 50 mg, Powder for Solution for Injection.
2 QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE COMPOSITION
Each vial contains 50 mg indocyanine green (to be reconstituted with 10 ml of water for injections).
1 ml of the reconstituted solution for injection contains 5 mg indocyanine green.
