PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Yellow-orange opaque capsule.
INDICATION:
GINCOSAN is traditionally used
to improve blood circulation and for general health.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION/
RECOMMENDED INTAKE:
Adults: The recommended daily dose is 2 capsules daily, one
capsule after breakfast and one after lunch.
The capsules are best taken with some liquid.
It is recommended to take GINCOSAN for at least four weeks.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
GINCOSAN should not be taken by patients known to be
allergic to the components of the compound.
SPECIAL WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
This is a traditional medicine.
Please consult your pharmacist/ doctor before taking this
product.
Keep out of reach of children.
Source of capsule shell is bovine.
Do not exceed the stated dose.
Safety on long term use has not been established.
As the use of Ginkgo may increase the tendency of bleeding,
please consult your physician/ pharmacist if you are on or
intend to start using any other medicines and before you
undergo any surgical/ dental procedure.
GINCOSAN contains lactose and glucose and is not
recommended for those who are intolerant to these ingredients.
PREGNANCY AND LACTATION:
Contraindicated in pregnant women.
Safe use in lactating women and children has not been
established.
DRIVING AND USING MACHINES:
No effects on ability to drive and use machines have been
reported.
INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER
MEDICATIONS:
In a study of American ginseng, ginseng was shown to reduce
the effect of anticoagulants.
An interaction may exist between Gingko biloba and
medications that increase the tendency to bleed.
