GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Eco-Oil is a botanical oil based miticide/insecticide that controls
pests by contact. As such
complete coverage of crop is important for effective control. For best
results, spray with
Eco-Oil at the first sign of pest infestation. Repeat application may
be necessary as Eco-Oil
has minimal residual activity.
PRECAUTION – Crop Safety
Warning: Eco-Oil has been tested on a limited range of plant species
for phytotoxic
reactions. Some plant species are more sensitive than others so it is
recommended
that a pre-test be conducted before using. For further details on how
to conduct a pre-
test for plant safety contact the manufacturer. Maidenhair ferns may
show commercially
unacceptable phytotoxic symptoms. The application of more than three
sprays over a 4-8
week period may cause unacceptable phytotoxicity.
