EFFECTS OF THIS MEDICINE
This medicine inhibits carbonic anhydrase and increases the amount of
oxygen in the blood,
and consequently improves acidosis and sleep apnea, lowers intraocular
pressure, suppresses
epileptic seizure, relieves swelling by increasing urine output,
improves Meniere's syndrome,
eases premenstrual syndrome, etc.
It is usually used for the treatment of glaucoma, epilepsy,
respiratory acidosis in emphysema,
cardiac edema, hepatic edema, premenstrual syndrome, Meniere's disease
and syndrome,
and sleep apnea syndrome.
THE FOLLOWING PATIENTS MAY NEED TO BE CAREFUL WHEN USING THIS
MEDICINE.BE SURE TO TELL YOUR DOCTOR
AND PHARMACIST.
・If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash, etc.) to
any medicines or foods.
If you are a patient with liver disorder or dysfunction, anuria,
kidney disorder, hyperchloremic
acidosis, adrenal insufficiency, Addison's disease, glaucoma.
If you are decreased of sodium or potassium in body fluids.
