If the pool has visible algae growth, the initial dosage should be used. After 24 hours, vacuum the pool to remove algae debris. If visible algae is still present, repeat the initial procedure as necessary. When the pool is free of algae, use the recommended weekly maintenance dosage. If high temperatures prevail, or the pool has unusually heavy use, add the weekly dosage once every 4 days. The winterising dosage will provide algae growth control during the winter months. For winterising and heavy algae removal treatment filter water for 12 hours, brush pool thoroughly' and vacuum.
