WHAT NOVOMIN IS USED FOR
It helps in the prevention and treatment of
nausea, vomiting and motion sickness.
HOW NOVOMIN WORKS
Dimenhydrinate
has
the
antihistamine
property
which
prevents
the
release
of
histamine
due
to
allergic
reaction.
Histamine
is
a
chemical
substance
that
released in the body as part of an allergic
reaction.
Together
with
its
antiemetic,
anticholinergic
and
local
anaesthetic
properties, it blocks the signal of nausea,
vomiting and motion sickness in the brain.
BEFORE YOU USE NOVOMIN

Do not use Novomin if you are allergic to
any ingredients in this medicine.

Tell
your
doctor
or
pharmacist
before
using Novomin if you:

are pregnant or plan to pregnant.


breast-feeding
or
plan
to
start
breast-feeding.

are going to drive motor vehicles or
operate machinery.

taken
alcoholic
drinks

other
drugs that may produce drowsiness.

HOW TO USE NOVOMIN

Dosage can be repeated every 8 hours if
necessary.
