_WARNINGS_
_● _FOR USE IN THE EYES ONLY. _●_ To avoid contamination do not
touch tip of container
to any surface.
_●_ Replace cap after using. _●_ Not for use in conjunction with
hot laser treatment.
DO NOT USE IF SOLUTION CHANGES COLOR OR BECOMES CLOUDY
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poision Control Center
right away.

_● _Fill Gonioscopic prism with solution as necessary.
_OTHER INFORMATION_
_● _Store between 15º-30ºC (59º-86ºF). _●_ Keep tightly

DO NOT USE IF IMPRINTED SEAL ON CAP IS TORN, BROKEN OR MISSING.

Benzalkonium Chloride, Boric Acid, Edetate Disodium, Sodium Borate,
Water for
Injection, Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide may be added to
adjust pH.
